The Bridge Foundation, a halfway house located in West Bay, receives people who have moved on from treatment facilities, or have been through the drug courts and now find they have nowhere else to go.

Many of our staff have been recommended to us by the Bridge Foundation as good candidates for a position at the Farm.

We maintain a close relationship with the Bridge Foundation and appreciate all the important work they do for the local community and people who are trying to rebuild their lives.
