One of the more revolutionary visions of Beacon Farms is to grow chocolate trees in the Cayman Islands!
Cacao trees are most productive under very specific conditions so this will take some ingenuity, but if we can manage it, we would love to grow our own trees and process the cacao beans in our Agricultural Processing Unit to make the first Caymanian chocolate!

If we are successful in growing cacao trees and can produce enough cacao pods, the actual processing of the cacao bean will also be a challenge.
